TMZ is reporting that Jenelle is in jail again. She plead guilty to paraphernalia after being arrested with her husband earlier this year. She took a plea allowing her a ton of probation and no jail time. Then, Jenelle failed a drug test because she looooooooooooves smoking weed, y'all. The judge gave her 48 hours in the slamma' and she gave us a new mugshot and another big grin. She's probably just high.
If you were arrested for the 10th time (this is literally her 11th mugshot), accused of domestic battery and heroin possession, given the GIFT of probation... Would you keep smoking the ole herb? More realistically, would you be sentenced to 48hours after failing a drug test?
Le sigh. Lame.
