Cops say [Jenelle] Evans struck [Courtland ]Rogers with a piece of furniture during a domestic dispute.
Rogers was arrested too -- cops say he assaulted Jenelle by "hitting her on the neck and striking her with a closed fist on her head."Cops say Rogers was also in possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute ... and drug paraphernalia. According to police, both Evans and Rogers denied possession of the heroin ... which is why they were both charged.At the time of her arrest, 21-year-old Evans was also served with a warrant for failing to pay child support.
If you recall, last week Jenelle and her husband went to court because she reported that he beat her and caused the miscarriage of their alleged fetus. (They are currently together and she testified against him, maintaining her claim. If I've ever heard cause for martial discourse... telling the world your husband caused your miscarriage and asking for legal retribution is certainly it!) Well, that's some karma for you, girly!! Stop hitting people! Have fun in jail wiff ya booooooooyfriend!
In other news, Dustin, esq. is laughing and staring at his bank account. I am currently awaiting MTV's decision regarding the future of the show. I am sure the other three girls on the show (whose bread is buttered by Teen Mom) are also concerned.
Update: Jenelle posted bail within hours. TMZ has an update claiming that Jenelle and Courtland had been staying at his mothers house and Momma Rogers has since packed up all of Jenelleys things and given her a deadline to retrieve the items. What a fool! PB&Jenelley doesn't give a shit! She didn't even take her dog with her. Remember a while back, during the rehab fiasco, there was a lot of back and forth between Gary and Courtland about who should have custody of the dog? Kieffer interjected and asked to buy it... Well, Jenelle said she no longer wants Brody and left him with the Rogers. Momma Rogers says as cannot afford to keep the dog and he is available for adoption. I immediately alerted Kieffer, but he has been unresponsive to my tweets. Maybe he's busy preparing for that new baby, or making his weed pipes?
Update on the update: within minutes of the post, Keefycakes was kind enough to respond. The whereabouts of Brody are currently uncertain.
Of course Jenelle and her biggest enabler, Dustin, esq. have released a statement (obtained through TMZ) that the heroin was not Jenelle's and she had no knowledge that it was even in the home. Furthermore, she only struck her husband with furniture in self defense because, like, he was beating her! Dustin is CONFIDENT that they will beat the rap.

Mmmmk. Jenelle can't seem to catch a break! Some prankster has been hacking her twitter account and posting funny photos, even changing her headline background photo to one of her leaked boob job photos!
